Swinley Forest is a great mountain biking area near Bracknell. This was the location for our second ever club ride back in April 2010. Local guide (Steve Dunn) took us on a 20 mile ride that took a lot of the good stuff. He’s a member of Berks on Bikes (I think).

We had 18 riders at the start though we lost one due to a broken carbon fibre bike. He had to walk back to the start.

This was one of the most involving and fun rides. We can see why Alan rates the location so highly now.
