There’s 11 days to go until the Prospect Hospice Big Ride 2013. This off-road event starts and finishes at the Croft Trail in Swindon and offers three route lengths. All routes are waymarked and marshalled with a food stop, first aid cover and a recovery vehicle.

- Short: Registration from 11am for 11:30am start.

The Daily Espresso will be there all day selling fairtrade organic coffee, tea, hot chocolate plus a selection of cookies, flapjack and cakes. |

Sports massage and advice will be available from Back2fitness Extreme who operate a sports therapy service in Swindon. Club discount! |
