MB Swindon Events
We’ve organised lots of events for July, so hopefully there is something for everyone. We’re continuing with our popular Friday evening Croft Trail rides – every Friday in July from 7:30pm. We have a trip to Spirthill (between Lyneham and Calne) on Sunday 4th. Saturday 17th is our trip to Cwm Carn in South Wales for ALL abilities. This will be a slow and steady ride of the cross country trail with plenty of stops along the way – no one will be left behind.
In addition to the riding events we have several building sessions planned at The Croft Trail. Thursday evening sessions on the 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd. Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th is our build weekend. We’re looking to make lots of progress on the new section alongside the motorway. No experience or tools required (although you can bring either if you have them), so if you would like to get involved then feel free to come and join us – even if just for a couple of hours.
Our Solstice ride & BBQ event was a huge success, thanks to all those who made it. Thanks also to Chris Hopkinson for providing the BBQ and doing all of the cooking! We’re planning more of them…

MB Swindon – Swindon Advertiser Feature
Wednesday 30th June – 4pm at The Croft Trail
The Swindon Advertiser are writing an article about the Croft Trail and the writer, Barrie Hudson, wants to come and ride and get some photographs. He can also interview some other members of the club or people who ride the trail. The time isn’t ideal, but there’s not a lot of scope for changing it. If you can get the time off work or are free it would be great to see you there.
MB Swindon T-Shirts
We’ve had lots of interest regarding the MB Swindon T-shirts that the club staff have been wearing and are considering making them available to members if the demand is there. We are also looking into Hoodies and proper riding tops too. If you are interested in a t-shirt then please contact us via email.

Club
Our club is continuing to grow in numbers (42 members since Feb!) and we’ve started to develop a good social scene to go with it. For more details on the club and the discounts that we’ve negotiated (well worth the membership fee alone!) please see our club page.
