We’ve been working on the new Red section for a month now and it’s starting to come together: The basic woodwork is in place. One of the bridges is finished. The berms have been laid out. Our next jobs are to shape the berms, bench cut various bits, build the first bridge and to dump
After the success of our night ride on 23rd April we’ve organised another one. A evening/night ride at Croft Trails. Hopefully the weather won’t change and we’ll get the chance for 2/3 laps of the trail in dry conditions. All welcome of any ability level – no one gets left behind on our group rides.

Cwmcarn is one of the big name trail centres in Wales. It’s also the closest, being just North of Newport. There’s a cross country loop as well as a downhill track. It is possible to join the two together. We’ll probably do the whole XC route this time though. Meet at 10am at the Cwmcarn

The new start loop will be complete by the end of March. This means that we can turn our attention to the far more interesting new Red section in April.
